It is a huge privilege for me to take up the role of Oaklands College Principal and Chief Executive. Oaklands is a wonderful community that drives aspiration and provides support and opportunities for its students in equal measure so that each and every one of them is able to reach their full potential.

Our staff are passionate about the power of the curious mind and we encourage our students to challenge themselves and to grow. We treat each student as an individual and nurture them throughout their time at Oaklands and believe that we are partners in their journey.

I am hugely ambitious for our students, our staff and for Oaklands College and the communities it serves. The vibrant external partnerships and passion of our staff means that we can continue with our ambitious campus developments to support our current and emerging Centres of Excellence, which includes our National and internationally leading Sports provision, as well as our teaching in ICT, Engineering, Art Fashion & Design and SEND.

We also have a strong values set which underpins our on-going development as a purpose driven and ethical organisation, supporting global imperatives such as sustainability, equality and health & wellbeing.
