This victory is the crowning achievement of an outstanding season for Joe, who also claimed titles at the Tour du Rwanda and Tour de Taiwan earlier in the year. These successes earned him a well-deserved promotion from the Israel-Premier Tech development squad to their senior team.
It’s incredible to witness Joe’s continued rise since leaving Oaklands College in 2021. As he continues to break barriers in the cycling world, we can’t help but wonder: what’s next for this extraordinary 21-year-old athlete?
