About the course

This apprenticeship is designed to develop the essential leadership skills required to effectively manage a team. It introduces apprentices to the fundamental concepts of leadership, emphasising different leadership styles and their application in various situations. The course also focuses on developing effective communication skills, enabling apprentices to lead meetings, present ideas confidently, and foster strong interpersonal relationships within their teams. Key topics include performance management, motivation techniques, and decision-making processes, all aimed at enhancing the apprentice's ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve its objectives.
