About the course

This course is funded by Step2Skills for residents of Hertfordshire only. When you enrol you are agreeing to complete paperwork to reflect and record your progress. Attendance is vital, so first check that you are available to attend each weekly lesson. Over the six sessions you will be reintroduced to the standard options available with Excel and then focus in on specific elements used in the workplace. This will include formulas 'average, min, max, relative addressing, creating and amending charts, hiding worksheets, columns and rows, conditional formatting, functions, protecting workbook, introduction to Pivot Tables and invaluable tips and tricks. It is suitable for those who have basic experience using Excel, or those that need a refresher course on the main elements of this application. It is not suitable for a complete beginner with no prior practical experience.
