Course Content - What will I learn?

This is a one year full time course. You will complete a full year of hospitality and catering and during this time you will also complete GCSE in Literacy and Numeracy. Some examples of units covered will be: Work safely, lift and handle safely, interview skills, personal presentation and hygiene, working as part of a team, basic cooking and food preparation, customer service, handling stock and a range of IT skills
You will complete GCSE maths and English alongside the main vocation
