About the course

Before the class starts on the 12 March, 12:45-15:00 you will need to complete an assessment to determine your current level of English. The assessments will be on Wednesday 26 February and the 5 March from 10:00-12:00. The course itself will be 9 weeks long, each lesson is 2:15 hours and taught once a week. This is an entry level course for adults where English is not their first language. You will develop your skills in Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing, allowing you to communicate more confidently in everyday situations. Students will be expected to attend each week. Once this course is completed you will then be able to continue with your learning in September. Please note, if this course is not suitable, then the college offers an extensive ESOL provision. You can make an online enquiry or telephone us on 01727 737154.
