About the course

This Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services will prepare you for working in the hospitality industry where you may be expected to undertake a range of duties, including serving customers, preparing and cooking food, serving drinks, reception, cleaning and preparing rooms.

Career options

There is the possibility of going onto the Level 3 qualification if you have aspirations of working in high end establishments, but the academic demand is higher due to course work requirements.
