There are no formal entry requirements, but participants will normally be either practising or aspiring middle or senior leaders role in private or public sector with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands, and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

About the course

Minimum 25 hours of guided learning hours with an induction of one hour & at least four hours of tutorial support. The programme consists of three mandatory units with a credit value of 10. No optional units.

Career options

Successful learners may benefit from career enhancement and or progress to any of the further qualifications such as Level 4 Certificate in Leadership or Level 4 Diploma in Leadership.
