About the course

NEW for 2024/25! Dishes are as follows but please note they may be subject to change. Classic Favourites 'Koshari', a beloved Egyptian street food, combining rice, lentils, macaroni, chickpeas, and a spicy tomato sauce. Veg Delights ' Stuffed Vegetables', a versatile dish where vegetables such us bell peppers, zucchini, or eggplant are filled with a savoury mixture of rice, meat, or vegetables. Regional Specialities ' Maqluba (Jordan/ Palestinian)', a stunning upside-down dish of meat, vegetables, and rice, cooked in a pot and then inverted onto a platter. Ingredients are not included in the fee, prior to the start of the first lesson a list will be sent of the ingredients/ equipment you will need to bring.

Materials to be provided by the learners: Notebook and pen, apron and tea towel. Approximately 1 week before the course is due to start learners will receive a list of ingredients to purchase for the first lesson.
