About the course

Enrolling now for September 2024 start. Our T-level in Business Management and Administration is a two-year, technical study programme, designed with employers to give young people the skills required in industry. To achieve this qualification you'll need to complete two components: a Core Component, and an Occupational Specialism.

Career options

The T Level is equivalent to 3 A Levels. This qualification provides a fantastic progression pathway into a number of roles within an organisation, which are transferable across all businesses.

Course Content - What will I learn?

The Core Component provides knowledge and understanding. It underpins key concepts, theories and principles relevant to the T-level and the The Core Component provides knowledge and understanding. It underpins key concepts, theories and principles relevant to the T-level and the subject sector. You will cover modules such as: - Project & change management - Data analysis - Business performance & improvement strategies - Stakeholder management - Quality & compliance - Financial performance analysis - Leadership & management of human resources The Occupational Specialism provides the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve competence in Business Management and Administration and it provides you with the knowledge and skills required to enter employment or further study in the specific occupational area. As well as completing the component above, you will also take part in an industry placement of at least 45 days. This will provide you with the industry-specific knowledge and skills to help boost your future prospects.
