About the course

NEW for 2024/25! Dishes are as follows but pleaese note they may be subject to change. Week 1: Fatayer bi spanach (Lebanese spinach samosas with sumac). Week 2: Freekeh with chicken stew/broth. Week 3: Fake shushbarak (a dish cooked with pasta shells and yogurt). Week 4: Adass bel hamod (lentil soup with shards) and a dessert. Ingredients are not included in the fee, prior to the start of the first lesson a list will be sent of the ingredients/ equipment you will need to bring.

Materials to be provided by the learners: Notebook and pen, apron and tea towel. Approximately 1 week before the course is due to start learners will receive a list of ingredients to purchase for the first lesson.
