Peter Pan – The Classic  Family Pantomime: 1st – 2nd December 2026

All children, except one, grow up... On the hunt for his pesky shadow, Peter Pan meets the Darling children in their Nursery. With a sprinkling of Tinkerbell's fairy dust, Wendy, John and Michael leave Nana the Dog behind on a flight to Neverland – a magical place home to lost boys, mermaids and the most villainous pirate of them all; Captain Hook! With Mrs Starkey and her bumbling son Smee by his side, Hook seeks revenge against Peter Pan who fed his hand to a tick-tocking crocodile. Will the boy who never grew-up rid Neverland of Captain Hook forever? Will the Darlings find their way home to London? And, most importantly, do you believe in fairies?

Find out in this swashbuckling pantomime that will have you 'hooked'!

One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest: 7th – 10th December 2026

‘It’s society’s way of dealing with someone different’ — One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest by Ken Kesey

Inside a psychiatric facility, Chief Bromden has been silent for years — confined and maligned by a system that labels, divides and forgets. But he has a story to tell. He’s just been waiting for someone to listen.

Enter Randle P. McMurphy, a gambler and provocateur whose defiance unsettles the ward — and sparks something long dormant in Bromden and his fellow patients. Under the iron rule of Nurse Ratched, they have been stripped of their humanity. Now, McMurphy’s rebellion reminds the patients of their voices — and what it means to be free.

Night 3

2:22 – A Ghost Story: 17th – 20th May 2027

“THERE’S SOMETHING IN OUR HOUSE. I HEAR IT EVERY NIGHT, AT THE SAME TIME”

Jenny believes her new home is haunted, but her husband Sam isn’t having any of it. They argue with their first dinner guests, old friend Lauren and new partner Ben. Can the dead really walk again? Belief and scepticism clash, but something feels strange and frightening, and that something is getting closer, so they’re going to stay up… until 2:22… and then they’ll know.

Mamma Mia!: 24th – 27th May 2027

You know the story, you know the songs! The hilarious story of a young woman's search for her birth father. This sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.

The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable show. A mother. A daughter. Three possible dads. And a trip down the aisle you'll never forget!

When I look back on my time at Oaklands College Performing Arts, I remember a positive, encouraging and uplifting environment that was full of hardworking students and the friendliest teachers I could have asked for. The teachers are more than just staff, they are friends that are always there to give advice and are always keen to help. With them, us students had the opportunity to put on many fantastic shows and after each one, my love for all things musical theatre grew stronger. I can safely say that without Oaklands College Performing Arts, I wouldn’t have the confidence to pursue the things I love today. I can’t recommend this course more! Thank you Oaklands College!
