Situated on the outskirts of St Albans, within a beautiful 200-acre estate, The Stables Restaurant is a fully operational venue built to the highest standards for training the next generation of chefs, restaurateurs, and hoteliers. We take pride in offering our students invaluable real-world experience, equipping them to succeed in the global hospitality industry.

Thursday Evening Service

On selected Thursday evenings, we provide a dining experience with a three-course dinner, meticulously prepared and served by our Hospitality and Catering students. Guests are seated between 6pm and 6:30pm, after which they will receive full table service, with the opportunity to observe the students at work in our open kitchen.

The Horsebox

The Horsebox food truck, operated by our talented hospitality and catering students, offers a unique mobile dining experience featuring freshly prepared, high-quality street food.

Available for event bookings, it combines hands-on training with delicious, seasonal dishes, ensuring a memorable addition to any occasion.
