Apprenticeships make good business sense

Such a scheme can be utilised to upskill existing staff as well as new hires, ensuring all employees remain current with industry advancements.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS 

We match apprentices with businesses, including upskilling current employees. Our aim is to help you find people with the skills you need for your organisation to grow. We provide support at every step of the way – with no recruitment fees.

As your provider, we will support your business in the following ways:

  • Funding advice, including optimising Levy contributions, if relevant  
  • A dedicated skills coach
  • High quality training programme
  • Free recruitment service covering advertising, sourcing, screening and shortlisting
  • Access to high quality candidates through active talent pool management

An incentive payment of up to £1000 is available to ANY business employing an apprentice aged 16-18 (or age 19 to 24 who has previously been in care or who has a Local Authority Education, Health and Care plan).
